• Device: The item(s) you intend to sell to us under these Terms.
• Sale Order: Your order submission to sell your Device(s) to us.
• Value: The price offered for your Device(s), which may include adjustments if applicable.
• Website: Our website, www.GetMobiles.co.uk.
• Calendar Day: A 24-hour period from midnight to midnight.
• You/Your: Refers to the individual using the Website to submit a Sale Order.

When accessing this Website, you confirm that:

• You are a consumer with a valid UK bank account, and not operating in a business capacity.
• You are legally capable of forming a binding contract with us.
• You are at least 18 years old.

All Website content, including design, layout, appearance, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Selling Your Devices

To sell any Device(s) to us, you must have full ownership of each Device. Devices must not be reported as stolen or flagged as such with any third party.

Our grading system determines the value based on the condition of your Device, which falls into one of the following categories:

• Working: Fully operational, undamaged, and with a battery health above 80%.
• Minor Damage: Fully functional with light cosmetic wear.
• Severe Damage: Functional with more substantial wear or damage.
• Non-Working: Significant issues affecting functionality, including non-operational state.

If your Device’s battery health is below 80%, a deduction may apply.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of using our services, including any indirect, consequential, or business-related losses. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total value of the Device(s) submitted under your Sale Order.

7. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how it is stored and protected.

After completing the Sale Order, data will be erased from Devices that power on using ADISA-approved software. Non-powered Devices are responsibly recycled, but we cannot accept liability for any data on these Devices.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with any disputes subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
