FAQ
How do I sell my phone?
We have tried to make the process as simple as possible; you can sell your device in as few as 5 clicks:
- Select the "Start Selling" button to display a list of devices. Scroll to find your phone or type the model in the search box and select it.
- Select the storage capacity. If unsure, open Settings > Battery and Device Care to see your total storage.
- Choose one of the 4 possible damage categories for your device.
- Enter your details into the form. You will receive an email with a receipt and postage instructions. A pre-paid postage label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
- Pack your device safely, attach the shipping label, and drop it at your nearest DPD collection point.
What should I do to the device before sending?
You must remove all user accounts, passwords, and PINs before sending. We recommend a full factory reset:
- Open Settings.
- Select General Management.
- Select Reset > Factory Reset.
- Press the Reset button and enter your password to confirm the erase.
If we receive your device with the account intact, £5 will be deducted from your payment for removal via a third-party service.
What if I can’t enter a PIN or password to reset my account due to a broken screen?
Include a note with the PIN/password in the box with your device. We will remove the account during testing. Alternatively, we can use a third-party service for £5, deducted from your payment.
Is my data safe?
Yes, we do not test devices with user data on. All devices are fully erased and factory reset as the first step in our testing process.
Can you recover my data?
No, we do not access your data in any way. Ensure you've backed up everything, as data cannot be restored.
If I decline a reduced offer, will my data be returned?
No, devices will be returned in a factory reset state if a reduced payment is declined, as they are reset during testing.
How do I get paid?
Payments are made by direct bank transfer.
How long will it take for my payment?
Devices are tested within 24 hours of arrival. Once confirmed, payment is processed.
What happens if my phone does not meet the criteria?
If your phone does not meet the category you selected, we will offer an alternative price via email. If no response is received within 48 hours, we will assume acceptance and process payment.
Which devices do you buy?

Do you buy network-locked devices?
